Mayor Daley Meets with Beverly Ridge Pictures

Chicago Mayor Richard M. Daley recently requested a copy of Chicago Overcoat.  We promptly sent a DVD to the Mayor’s Office and anxiously awaited a response.  When the Mayor found some time in his busy schedule to screen the film, he sent Beverly Ridge Pictures an invitation to meet with him at City Hall.  On behalf of the company, John W. Bosher and Kevin Moss met with the Mayor today.  Mayor Daley gave the film a favorable review, and said he looks forward seeing more Beverly Ridge Pictures productions in the years to come.


DEMO Magazine Feature Story on Beverly Ridge Pictures

The Spring 2010 issue of Columbia College's popular DEMO Magazine was just released, and it features a full story on Beverly Ridge Pictures and its flagship feature, "Chicago Overcoat."  The article, "(Hopeful) Hit Men", includes interviews with all the company members, and an exclusive photo of the group.  The magazine is distributed to Columbia students, faculty, and alumni nationwide.  The story can be viewed online at the


Behind the Scenes of Chicago Overcoat on Cable 25

Behind the scenes videos and the trailer for Chicago Overcoat will be broadcast throughout Chicago for the next month.  The 30-minute episodes will air on Cable 25 "The Pulse of Chicago" starting Thursday, March 25, Thursday nights at 9:00 pm.  Tune in to channel 25 to check out the episodes!


Chicago Overcoat Wins "Best Dramatic Feature" at Garden State Film Festival

Chicago Overcoat just picked up the award for "Best Dramatic Feature" at the 2010 Garden State Film Festival in Asbury Park, New Jersey. About 1,500 people attended the opening night cocktail party and screening of Chicago Overcoat, and writer/director Brian Caunter was there for the screening, Q&A, and Awards Ceremony.
